A student requesting cancellation after making an initial payment, but a week prior to the class is entitled to a refund of all monies paid, less a fee of 10% of the stated cost of the course. After the course has started there are no refunds or make-up sessions. Under one weeks’ notice there will be no refunds given as we have already ordered your flowers and supplies while securing a location for the workshop.
Please understand that a lot of time and effort goes into planning each event to make it a success.
