IMG_3131Most Midwesterners are familiar with the early Summer flower called the Peony. Most are enamored by the colour, smell, and Volume of petals. For being so popular and in high demand this flower has a shining moment of one week. Can you believe that? Peonies only bloom for one week and then it’s pretty typical to get a wind and rainstorm at the end of the week to take the last of the petals and blow them out of Wisconsin to the next blooming state.

For Hire . no wordsLisa Belisle, owner of Flora Elements in Delafield Wisconsin will be instructing both design experiences as she has 20 plus years of Floral Design experience and runs a Floral Design Studio instructing students weekly. She has traveled the world and experienced other areas where floral was abundant at her fingertips, but the supplies were not. Her zest for floral fun is unlimited and you might just catch floralfever if you don’t already have it. Lisa has a fun personality and will not be short of any stories to tell, so grab that glass of wine and be ready to add your own adventures to her comedy. Flora Elements has become known for having some of the most premium flowers from all around the world and blending them with a contemporary look to very minimalistic modern. Don’t worry, we all know the peony is a classic and the designs will revolve around a romantic garden theme using some of the top trends that we are seeing in bridal this year including dried floral.  You will not want to miss this experience as we pack so much knowledge into a half-day you will be floating on peony clouds all the way home.

All of your individual floral design projects are yours to take home, but first, let’s have a seat, grab some food and talk about your peony experience with your new friends on the farm. Networking and making new friends are all part of the experience, so we encourage you to get to know each other and be social.

Please look at both classes and select one that works best for you. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact Lisa or read more online.
