Basics of Floral Design Series

Maybe one basic floral design class is not enough to cultivate your creativity so you need a series of classes. These design classes is for pure enjoyment and learning a few new floral design skills so you can show off in your home and maybe your garden friends. You will be able to relax and learn at ease while your floral educator provides you with step-by-step instruction and caters to your learning needs. And the best part? You will get to take home your designs, container and the freshest of flowers included, and enjoy your floral creation for several days. Be prepared to laugh and enjoy conversation while Lisa shares stories from her 20 years of experience in the floral industry. There is no doubt that by the end of the series your toes will be tingling with all the knowledge and skills you have gained.  Each class will focus on two design styles and the current season and upcoming Holiday.

What to expect while in class:

• Basic care and handling of flowers
• Water knowledge and Wives Tale Myths (Bleach, Aspirin, or 7-Up in the water)
• Design Techniques that you can repeat at home to make a stellar bouquet to gift
• Flower knowledge, identification, and fun facts about the origin of each flower
• Tools and containers are provided. We recommend these pruners for at home
• Flora Elements is partnering with some of the best local flower growers so you will have the freshest flowers from across the globe to work with
• Take home two designs each class series your friends will be envious of
• Each series will be a new floral design and focus on the current season and upcoming Holidays
• Expect to be here 2-3 hours (depends on your pace and comfort level)
• Afterward, you will learn about Flora  Elements design classes and we can recommend private classes or design specific workshops to keep cultivating your creativity.  

Pre-registration is required so we have flowers for you! No Cancellations, refunds, or credits are given once you register. We work very hard to purchase the best products and have them shipped just for you. Our educator’s time is very valuable, so once you pick a date her time is blocked for you which is why we require full payment in advance.

All payments must be made at the time of registration – Each class is 2 hours with a fee of $450 Total for three.

Once you enter your Registration information you will be redirected to the registration confirmation page where you will submit your payment through the *PayPal gateway below your registration information. *PayPal gateway does not require a “PayPal” account. You will have the option of using a PayPal account if you have one or paying with your credit card. Failure to make payment at the time of registration will not validate your registration or reserve a seat. Use PayPal Credit to get 0% interest for 6 months, why not when it’s free?
